Richard G. Nimmo
Richard G. Nimmo is the Vice President of Jim Nimmo Enterprises, Inc
and the General Manager of the Business Brokerage Division of that company. Richard started in the Business Brokerage business
in 1980. Richards greatest education
has been sitting at the feet, for many years now, of the man whom He considers the best in
his trade: Jim Nimmo
Richard considers himself a student of site development and site
location. He has represented major
corporations in the selection of sites and the development of sites for large-scale
projects that exceed 1.5 million in development cost per unit.
Additionally, Richard has hundreds of hours of continuing education
in Real Estate and has been an aggressive student in the area Business. Particularly, Richard has studied subjects such as
buying and selling businesses, acquisitions and mergers, profit and loss statements,
Income statements, annual reports analysis and employee benefit analysis just to name a
few.
